Short Stay cleans include: 

• Vacuuming and mopping 

• Flat surface dusting and items on the tables 

• Remaking all the beds 

• Bathrooms sanitising 

• Toilet cleaning and sanitising 

• Under bed check and furniture check for items left behind 

• Cupboard and drawer check 

• Kitchen cleaning and removal of guest leftovers 

• Barbeques (this service varies depending on the barbeque brand) 

• Cobwebs 

The following times are a guide only, each property is to be assessed individually: 

• Hotel Room – 40 Minutes 

• 1-bed apartment – 1hour 

• 1-bed apartment with kitchen – 1 ½ hours 

• 2-bed apartment, 1 bathroom – 1 ¼ hours 

• 2-bed apartment, 1 bathroom, with kitchen – 1 ¾ hours 

• 2-bed apartment, 2 bathroom – 1 ½ hour  

• 2-bed apartment, 2 bathroom, with kitchen – 2 hours  

Periodic items such as spring cleans and window cleaning are billed at the hourly rate and normally take about double the time of a normal clean. 

Spring cleans include: 

• Vacuum under all beds and lounge furniture

• Turning mattresses 

• High-level dusting (cupboard tops, pictures, ceiling fans) 

• Skirting boards 

• Bedroom & Bathroom Light Covers 

• Turn Mattresses 

• Blinds wiped, or curtains vacuumed

• A/C Filters 

• Descale the kettle. 

• Toilet brush holders – clean or replace 

• Clean fridge and behind fridge 

• Replace and launder all mattress covers
